As the office administrator/receptionist for Ace Merchant Processing, Grace serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for everyone who interacts with the company. She is responsible for overseeing daily front-desk operations, answering and directing communications, and supporting internal coordination across departments.

In addition to managing reception duties, she maintains organized filing systems, updates office records, handles incoming and outgoing mail, and assists with the CRM for Ace Merchant Processing.
